When is takbeer-e-tashreeq recited?

“To recite the Takbeer-e-Tashreeq after the Fardh Salah during the days of Hajj is Wajib . The Takbeer-e-Tashreeq should be read one time. It is permissible to recite the Takbeer three times without regarding it compulsory.”
