Reverting to your query of taking off for Jumu?ah, the above quotations are self explanatory.
It is compulsory to attend Jumu?ah Salaat and you should make arrangements with your management to attend Jumua?h Salaat. There is no compromise on attending Jumu?ah Salaat.
