If you sleep with your wife and ejaculate. It is manditory to make wudu before you go into her again?

Answer

Making Wudhu before intercourse for the second time is preferred, but not necessary.

You should, however, wash your private parts before reentry. (Fataawa Mahmoodiyah vol.2 pg.27)
