3) Can Kuffar be ?Shaheed? and is this a blasphemous statement?4) How do we deal with such people?

Answer

We are unable to comment on the ruling Shaykh ibn Baaz and Hamza Yusuf without verifying the authenticity of attributing the ruling to both of them.

It is also important to understand the context of their ruling, if they did so.
