Question

if a women is in her menses can she recite Quran with out touching?

Answer

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah

Brother/Sister in Islam

It is not permissible for a woman in her menses to touch the Quran. It is also not permissible for her to recite the Quran even without touching the Quran.
