My question is me and my husband haven't slept in the same bed for almost a year, are we considered divorced? Thank you for your time.

I just want to say that finding this site is just what I've been looking for, youv'e answered so many questions for me and please keep up the good work.

Answer

If you were not intimate with your husband for any period of time, that does not constitute a divorce.
