Question

A piece of land is in the name of the Son. However, father and brothers have contributed to buying the property. We do not know each one contribution. How should the property be divided.

Your query states that the father and brothers contributed to purchasing the property. However, you have not stated the type of contribution. Was it a voluntary contribution, a loan or a contribution with the intent of becoming partners with you in the property? Kindly clarify this.
