From the Arabic root, 'Rshd' meaning guidance. Arshad means well guided, rightly guided.
Rizly
With the letter 'z', no entry could be located in the Arabic dictionaries. However, the name 'Risly' with the letter 's', then the name could mean one of easy going nature / inclined to take things easy.
Shiraza
Ana Urdu / Persian word meaning organization / administration. One possessing these skills.
