Is HSBC, CPI Shari'ah Compliant?

Is this scheme shariah compatible??? Please check the link & give me your answer.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In order for us to issue a ruling on the Shari’ah Compliancy of the contract in reference, Kindly provide a copy of the contractual documentation, HSBC, CPI loan for our review.
