Taking car from bank on installment

Question

asalamualikum!

1.Bank say "CAR" installment per nikalna kaysa hay?

2.Installment k leay pakistan may kon sa bank right hay?

Answer

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

Muhtaram,

1. Gari (car) ko installment per ya’ni ijaarah (lease) per nikaalna jaaiz he bashart ye ke usme koyi haraam elements na ho, jeysake sood, va ghaira. Agar usme sood va ghaira ho, to usko nikaalna jaaiz nahi he.

2. Hume Pakistan ka banko ke bare me ‘ilm nahi he. Aap maqaami ‘ulamaa se iske bare me daryaaft kare.
