Secondly i am going to pakistan for a month do i hav to do tawaf ul wida? Thirdly, my family went to makkah to meet my husband friend at that time i was having menses, so i did not do umra thats why i went there. My husband also did not do umra but he offered jumma there.

Do we hav to give damm in my case and my husband?

What is damm?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is Wajib to don the Ihraam when passing the Miqaat. If one did not make an intention of Umrah and passed the Miqaat without Ihraam, one has to pay a penalty (damm) of slaughtering a goat or sheep in the Haram area.

Accordingly, you and your husband will have to slaughter two goats or sheep in the Haram area for going to the Haram of Makkah without donning the Ihraam at the Miqaat.

You do not have to make Tawaf al widaa when travelling from Khamees to Pakistan.
