Respected Brother-in-Islam
Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu
Naila is a noun derived from the verb, 'Naala - yanaalu', which means one who achieves / acquires.
Naha is a verb which means to prohibit. The noun derived from this verb is Nahiya. The name Nahiya is more appropriate.
