Can we read Quran on a mobile without Wudhu?

Question

I have more than one questions to be answered.

1- Can I read Quran-e-Majeed in my Mobile without performing Wado(Wazo)?

2- If place of wado is not seen clean, so can I do Masah of my Feet?

3- If I am working with a company which is doing its business on Interst and after joining them earning is not sustainning and further more I am having armslength to Namaz & Quran. Suggest me what to do in such conditions?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

It is permissible to recite the Quran from your mobile phone without wudhu. However you should not touch the text of the Quran on the display screen without wudhu[1]

The place of wudhu not being clean is not a valid excuse for Masah You will have to wash your feet [2]

Your question is not clear. What do you mean by company dealing in interest. What is the main function of the company?

[1] ......... وكذا المحدث لا يمس المصحف إلا بغلافه " لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام " لا يمس القرآن إلا طاهر "

وغلافه ما يكون متجافيا عنه دون ما هو متصل به كالجلد المشرز هو الصحيح (فتح القدير 1\172,173)

وقد علمت مما قدمناه عن الفتح عدم اعتبارهم الحائل المتصل حائلا لتبعيته للمصلي، ولذا لو قام على النجاسة وهو لابس خفا لم تصح صلاته وكذلك السجود ولو اعتبر حائلا لصحت سجدته بدون إعادتها على طاهر؛ فعلم أن ما ذكره الشارح مبني على ما في السراج، وقد علمت أنه خلاف ما في كتب المذهب وخلاف ظاهر الرواية، والله أعلم (رد المحتار 1\194)

(2) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ مِنْهُ مَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ حَرَجٍ وَلَكِنْ يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ (سورة المائدة 6)
