Question

is there anything wrong having this name 'al anfar' which in arabic العنفر ?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

The name anfar is not an Arabic word. It is not a suitable Muslim name.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
