Selling vibrators

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

Rasulullaah (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) advised,

Translation: “Modesty is a branch of faith.” (Bukhaari 9)

In this era of immorality, there are many items sold that are against shame and modesty. A believer ought to maintain his shame even in his business practices. While it is permissible to sell the item in reference, it is immodest of a Muslim to stock such an item[2].
