Answer

Uways: a dimunitive form of the word, 'Aws' meaning a gift, present, etc.

Uzayr (Arabic) derived from Ta'zeer meaning to assist, support, etc. (al-Busooruz Zaahira pg.135; Darul Kitaab)

and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
