Question

Assalamualaikum

Is it against adab to recite Quraan whilst sitting crosslegged?

Answer

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to recite the Quran while sitting cross-legged.[i]

And Allah Ta‘āla Knows Best
