Question

Can I marry My khala's sister's daughter?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

A khala’s sister is also a khala. Nevertheless, it is permissible to marry one’s maternal aunt’s daughter (khala’s daughter).[1]

And Allah Ta‘ālā Knows Best.
