Question

Can I say hoo at the end of La Illaha Illallah? I heard that it was bidah to do so

Answer

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, there is no problem in saying “hoo” at the end of لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ as in reality one is simply articulating the last harakah of the phrase.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
