ASSALAMU ALAIKOM,I am revert to Islam, i choose JADILA as my name. I need to know if this name really exist, if yes what is the origin and the real meaning?

Answer

Jadeela- (fem-Arabic) meaning path, tribe, faction. Also soundness of opinion. If the root is Jadala , it could mean strong or strongboned. If the root is Jadila, it could mean quarrelsome, etc, therefore not suitable as a name due to it's unsavoury connotations.
