Intimate toys - Husband & wife relations

Question

As salaamu alaikum

I know that masterbation is haram but if the wife masterbates the husband it is allowed.
My question is if it is allowed to use long distance masterbator toys for the husband.
The husband puts the masterbating toy which like a flashlight over his Penis and the wife can use her phone to activate the toy and it vibrates and stimulates the Penis.
Is this considered as the wife masterbating the husband and is it allowed?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Hayaa is part of Imaan and a believer will always have to govern himself/herself to acts of Hayaa and modesty.

The need for intimacy between spouses is natural. However, it should be fulfilled with shame, modesty and dignity.

Whilst it is permissible for a spouse to pleasure his/her partner with the aid of intimate toys, we advise against the usage of such toys in a long-distance relationship. [1]

The husband should make adjustments with his work schedule and be close to his wife.

If the item in reference is used, the spouses should make Taubah and Istighfaar.
