Question

I have invested in a company. And the company is paying me some present is that halal

Answer

Jazakallah for your query. In order for us to advise you on the halal status of the investment in reference,

1. Explain the details of the investment, the company, the type of business and the terms and conditions of the investment.

2. Is the ‘present’ you refer to a dividend from your share or is it a gift?
