Question

For Q1, please also list the Du?aas. Please provide the translation and transliteration of all the Du?aa(s).

Answer

1. Before setting out on a journey, perform two Rakaats of Salaat-us-safar. Thereafter, make Du'aa for safety and Aafiyat and for a safe return. Also, recite Aayaatul Kursi repeatedly especially after every Fardh Salaat. 2. The best Du'aa you may recite is, 'Rabbanaa aatinaa fid-dunyaa hasanatan wa fil aakhirat hasanatan wa qinaa adhaaban-naar.' (O Allah Grant us goodness in this world as well as the hereafter and protect us from the fire).
Another Du'aa is, 'Allaahumma inniy as-alukal afwa wa aafiya' (O Allah! I seek your protection, safety and forgiveness)
