We named our son Inshaal.What is the exact meaning of this name? In case we need to change the name, can we name him “Shaheer” What is the meaning of Shaheer?

Is this name ?Inshaal? correct? If not, do we need to change it? Is this an Arabic We named our child ?Inshaal? (pronunciation similar to Insha-Allah). This name we found in a book which described this name as Arabic, meaning height and to be successful. We are now living in Saudi Arabia and having interacted with several Arabic colleagues we came to know that no one is familiar with this name. He is about two and a half now and before sending him school we want to make sure that the name is correct or not.
