Umrah After Going To Jeddah From Makkah-Mukarramah And Then Returning To Makkah-Mukarramah

Question

I went for Umrah and landed in Jeddah, but my bags did not arrive.

We proceeded to Makkah, performed Umrah and then a message arrived informing us that our bags had arrived in Jeddah airport. I took a taxi from Makkah to Jeddah to fetch my bags.

When re-entering Makkah, do I have to do performing Umrah or not?

Answer

You do not need to put on a new Ihraam when returning from Jeddah to Makkah because Jeddah is inside the Miqaat area.
