Question

Is it permissible to braid hair using hair pieces which are synthetic?

Answer

We understand that your query is regarding a woman braiding her hair. It is permissible for a woman to braid her hair on condition that human hair is not used, and it is not done with the intention of imitating the Kuffar. Furthermore, it should not be done with the intention of deceiving anyone.
