Question

1. Can a wife masturbate her husband? Can she perform oral sex before any fluids are discharged from the penis?

Answer

1. Yes.

2. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. Animals generally lick each other's private areas. Man cannot stoop to such levels.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
