Wahabi larke se nikaan karne ke ba'd dowsre larke se shaadi karna

Question

Mere sawaal ye hai ke agar Sunni ladki ka nikaah wahabi ladke se hojata hai toh ladki ke ghar wale bina talaak liye kisi dosre sunni ladke se ladki ka nikaah karwa de toh kya sahi me ye nikaah hojayega ya nahi?

Answer

Us se pehle talaaq dilwaa kar iddat poora karke nikaah karna chaahiye. Talaaq liye ba-ghayr nikaah karna durust nahi. Doosra nikaah hoga hee nahi.
