Question

If I wake up in the middle of the night after having a wet dream, must Ghusl be performed immediately, or can I go back to sleep and perform the Ghusl before Fajr Salaah?

Answer

Both are permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

What should I do after a wet dream?

“A wet dream is an erotic dream that causes involuntary ejaculation of semen. A dream where one is seen masturbating is not necessarily a wet dream, even though one finds some degree of excitement on awakening.”
