Can a mukhannat hijda (enuch) offer salah at moqsue?

Answer

Yes, he should be standing right behind. Nowadays, on account of the abundance of fitnah he should rather perform the namaaz at home.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
