Nikaah durust hone ke lia sharaait

Question

Kin cheezon ki zaroorat ha nikah karne ke lia. Agr larki aur larky dono ki taraf se same gawa hon to nikah ho sakta hai?

Answer

Nikaah ke durust hone ke lia shart ye he ke larki, larka (ya un ke wakeel), owr do Musalmaan baaligh gawaah majlis-e-nikaah me mawjood ho owr downo gawaah iyjaab owr qabool ke alfaaz ku sune ayk hi majlis me.
