Question

My husband a few years ago was very violent and ended up tearing up the Quran. So now we are trying to fix it, but there is so many small pieces, we might not do it right, is there anything else we can do?

Answer

If it cannot be used then respectfully bury it.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
