Question

Jism ke baal yane chest aur hands legs ke baal nikaal na Islam me mard ke liye jaiz hai ya nahi?

Answer

Mardo ke lia accha nahi he. Lekin agar baal lambe hogae, to us ku kaat kar chote kar sakte he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
