Question

Is it permissible to give away doubtful eatables (doubtful because few ingredients are mashbooh) like chocolates, biscuits and similar items to a non-Muslim?

Answer

If you are not clear of there being haraam ingredients then you may give it away to a non-Muslim.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
