Question

If a person is fasting a qadha fast of Ramadhaan and breaks it intentionally, is the 60 days kaffarah due?

Answer

Kaffarah will not be waajib. He will only have to keep the qadha fast. He should make tawbah for breaking the qadha fast without a valid reason.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
