Souteli khala se nikaah

Question

Kya souteli khala se nikah ho sakti hai? Ek nana the unki do biwi thi ek biwi se meri ammi hai aur dusre biwi se souteli khala hai kya souteli khala se nikah ho sakti hai?

Answer

Nikaah jaaiz nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
