Family relations in Jannah

Question

Being a Muslim After the judgement day and completion of Jaza and Saza process. Shall we get our relationship as Quran or hadith like, Mother Father, Sisters, Brothers, Children, Wife etc? Kindly give reference to study if possible from Quran or Hadith.

Answer

After entry into paradise everybody will be the same age. However, the position and statuses in the world (Ambiyaa, Sahaabah, parents, children, etc.) will still be known among the people of jannat.

And Allah Ta'ala knows best.

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ ﴿الطور: ٢١﴾

وعن أنس قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " أبو بكر وعمر سيدا كهول أهل الجنة من الأولين والآخرين إلا النبيين والمرسلين " . رواه الترمذي (مشكاة رقم 6050)

عن علي قال : كنت عند النبي فأقبل أبو بكر وعمر فقال هذان سيدا كهول أهل الجنة من الأولين والآخرين خلا النبي والمرسلين لا تخبرهما يا علي ( معجم الاوسط رقم 1348)

وعن أبي سعيد قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " الحسن والحسين سيدا شباب أهل الجنة " . رواه الترمذي (مشكاة رقم 6154)
