Aesthetic therapies
Question
I wanted to know whether aesthetic therapies (like injecting botox or using other antiaging methods) are allowed. Is a Muslim allowed to perform these therapies on anyone?
Answer
We do not know what this therapy entails and we do not know what the injections contain. If it is that the patient has to uncover some of his private area or the medication that is administered contains some haraam or impure ingredient then it will be impermissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
