Giving beggars zakaat
Question
My question is about zakaah. In the UK, we have some muslim women begging outside the mosque. Can we give zakah to these women?
Answer
If you feel that they are eligible for zakaat then you may assist them.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
