Reciting Qur'an on the cellphone
Question
Can Quran be recited on a cell without wudhu and also off by heart without wudhu?
Answer
Yes. However one should not place one's hands on the screen where the verses of the Qur'an appear.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
