Thief dropping his personal phone after stealing one's phone
Question
If a person who stole my phone starts running away from me after stealing my phone and whilst running his phone falls out of his pocket. What should I do with his phone?
Answer
If his phone is equal in value to the phone he stole from you or less, then you can take it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
