Question

Saamp ke khwab dekhne ki tabeer bataye.

Answer

Khwaab me saamp dekhna kabi dunya ke maal ki taraf ishaarah he owr kabi dushman ki taraf ishaarah he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
