Iddat ke andar nikaah karna

Question

Mera swaal ye hai ke agar aik aurat apni talaaq honay ke teesray din bad hee jazbaat me aakr kisi or mrd se nikaah kr le to kya ye jaiz hoga? Nikaah mana jae ga? Kanooni tor pr to regestrd nhi hoskta mgr shrah kya hukum daiti hai?

Answer

Doosra nikaah kal `adam he uska koi i`tibaar nahi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
