Having intercourse during the iddat
Question
I went for fasgh and my husband gave me one talaaq. In the second month of my iddah we had intercourse but he did not withdraw the one talaaq. Are we still married? Did my iddah fall?
Answer
You are in nikaah and the first talaaq is valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
