Making qadha for performing Tahajjud Salaah without wudhu

Question

If one started to perform tahajud salaah, suddenly he remembered he was impure. Does one need to make kazaa for the same?

Answer

There is no qadhaa for this salaah.

عن أبي هريرة : عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال إن الله لا يقبل صلاة أحدكم إذا أحدث حتى يتوضأ (جامع الترمذي رقم 76)

الباب الثالث في شروط الصلاة وهي عندنا سبعة الطهارة من الأحداث والطهارة من الأنجاس وستر العورة واستقبال القبلة والوقت والنية والتحريمة كذا في الزاهدي وفيه فصول أربعة الفصل الأول في الطهارة وستر العورة تطهير النجاسة من بدن المصلي وثوبه والمكان الذي يصلي عليه واجب هكذا في الزاهدي في باب الأنجاس (الفتاوى الهندية 1/ 58)
