Reciting behind the Imaam

Question

Shoud the muqtadi behind the imam stay silent in the third rakah of maghrib and the third and fourth rakah of isha. Please clarify.

Answer

Yes, the muqtadi will remain silent behind the Imaam in all rakaats.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
