Abortion after being raped

Question

I have a friend who was raped and conceived. She aborted within 1 week by taking medicine. Is it haram? Will she be punished for it?

Answer

May Allah Ta`ala forgive her and protect her.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
