Question

Jis aurat sa halala ho rah ho us aurat ko kitna time halala waly murd k sath rehna chaiy? Kia halala k bad talaq murd ki marzi sa hoti ha ya aurat ki mrzi sa b ho jati ha?

Answer

Halaalah me shart lagaana jaaiz nahi. Albatta agar hambistari hogayi ho aur doosre khaawind ne usko talaaq dediya to iddat guzarne ke ba`d woh pehle shohar se phir se shaadi kar sakti he.
