Question

Is it permissible to attach the condition of goodwill to a sale? If not, what is the correct procedure?

Answer

1. No.

2. There is nothing correct about the goodwill. The correct procedure will be to remove the goodwill clause form the sale.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
