Question

My mother did not assign her gold bangles to anybody before she died. Should they be shared with her children?

Answer

The bangles will be included in the estate and will have to be distributed among the heirs according to the stipulated shares of inheritance.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
